Fourth Level: Muren Zhuang Certified Course
The Wing Chun Dummy form is the most sought-out course by Wing-Chun and Non-Wing-Chun practitioners. There are already tons of videos of it available on Youtube; however, most of them don't provide details and explanations, and are done incorrectly. This course has 89 (20-30 minutes) videos. It contains not only the traditional Wooden Dummy form, but the advancing Air Dummy form plus the Two-Person choreographed Form, which have never been seen or done elsewhere before. These two types of forms help the practitioner to transform the Wooden Dummy form into live actions in sparring and fighting. The live contact with another person makes the practitioner understand the Dummy movements better. You will no longer be dealing with a dead and static dummy, but interacting with a living person. This course has a 200-day drip schedule to follow. To receive a certificate, you will need to complete each and every lesson per schedule, and submit a video of your performance.
